MARTIAL ARTS

{R}EVOLUTION

No styles, no systems, no rituals, no lineages, no masters, no labels, no belts, no katas, no uniforms, no dogmas;

Only the process of self actualization & personal expression of truth through functional combative movement and fitness.

On a purely physical level, we share how to individually and collectively use all of our natural tools as well as extended ones, offensively and defensively in a strategic and tactical manner and in all ranges of combat.

We're put through functional physical fitness training where we learn to push ourselves through our own perceived limitations. We also have much to offer on nutrition, health and optimum performance.

On a more cerebral level we learn about the psychology of violence, fear, stress & confrontation management skills, deescalation strategies and holistic survival tactics.

As the mind navigates the body; by challenging personal self defense dogmas and individual & core belief systems, personal growth and evolution occurs.

On a human level, we learn about the ripple effect and the moral, legal, and ethical consequences of our chosen actions while self examining our darkest emotions. We are encouraged to question everything, to learn to think for ourselves, to be more accountable and research everything we learn and to be open and responsive to life without judgment.

On a personal level, the training can make you face and slay your own demons.

Everything shared here is highly encouraged to be individually researched, to “absorb what is useful, add what is specifically of your own and disregard the rest.”

"But everytime I see them makes me wish I had a gun" ~ GnR

"The real hopeless victims of mental illness are to be found among those who appear to be most normal.

Many of them are normal because they are so well adjusted to our mode of existence, because their human voice has been silenced so early in their lives, that they do not even struggle or suffer or develop symptoms as the neurotic do.

They are normal not in what may be called the absolute sense of the word; they are normal only in relation to a profoundly abnormal society.

Their perfect adjustment to that abnormal society is a measure of their mental sickness.

These millions of abnormally normal people, living without fuss in a society to which, if they were fully human beings, they ought not to be adjusted.

The more I learn....

Fucking hell... the more I learn, the more I know and the deeper down the rabbit hole I go; the more I realize I know nothing at all and not because I haven't learned anything from all of my constant personal research but because the amount of things to first unlearn and then relearn and continue on learning is literally infinite..... INFINITE I TELL YOU!!!!!! Never stop learning I say. ~ Rich

Real Change

Real Outside of the Box thinking.  The only way we will ever have real change is if we actually, well.... REALLY CHANGE!!!!!!!!

And regardless what argument one may have against it, it holds no water to me because this hasn't been tried yet, it's unlike anything or any isms we've had so far and it's a SHIT LOAD better than the garbage we've been peddling as world systems for the last few centuries.

If you want it.

Imagine a world

Where food is used as what it actually is, a source of optimum fuel for the performance, health and longevity of the human being as opposed to an ego based consumption either used for pleasure and/or self destruction.

With no religion, politics or money to kill, die and mass murder under the guise of ‘war for peace’.

With no wars.

Where every single human being born on this planet has their 6 basic needs of food, water, shelter, air, freedom and love forever met with no worry about either, ever.

Where humanity governs itself from its higher self rather than its ego, leading with love and the desire for human betterment and evolution instead of power, the desire for control, greed and over consummation.

Where humanity actually works from the inside to out like it constantly preaches rather than from the outside in.

Good Bye Senshido & Thank You

Hey guys and gals, Rich here.... I have completely separated myself from the Senshido name as I have changed the name to the more generic, open and less “symbolic” ‘tag’ of ‘martial arts’, if you will (more on why that particular title later).  The reason I am doing this is that I personally feel that the name Senshido has become dogmatic in, and of itself, and as titles stand for something I never believed in but perhaps was too afraid to completely let go of but as of late, I have been doing much letting go of many, many things so…

The Senshido ‘ball’ is now even more so in all of my team’s courts to express, teach, share as they see fit and to let the public know that the Senshido they are teaching is their personal interpretation and expression based on their personal experiences with it.  As I’ve always said, it is now their Senshido to teach, express and live as they feel is best.

I however, will still be teaching martial arts/self defense/personal protection as the vehicle and will keep evolving it via my own personal journey and experiences but no longer will I call it Senshido or anything else that would crystallize, label and or place in a faction what it is that I will be sharing/teaching, and that goes for every label within it including the notorious “Shredder/REACT” name that would cause one’s neuro-association to immediately shift to “Senshido”.

The only thing that will ever tie me to the Senshido name was that I was once the founder of the spark marketed as Senshido, which I no longer am really because the second you acquired it, the minute ANYONE acquires it, it becomes theirs and at that exact moment, they become the founders of what they are now referring to as “Senshido.

Senshido is an entity within itself now, one that no longer needs me and that I no longer need, I am leaving the vehicle/luggage behind and moving on folks and have full trust and faith in whatever it is my team will do with Senshido. So this is it, the final transcending from me to them all, the rest of the transcending evolves from each and every one of them at this point.

I certainly do not and never consider myself enlightened by any means, nor more-so enlightened than anyone else for that matter. Quite the contrary actually... truth is, I'm not seeking 'enlightenment' by any means, I don't even think I believe in the general concept of it for to be enlightened is often interpreted as having nothing left to learn and I don't believe that to be possible as I truly believe we are infinite beings.  My pursuit is personal and collective human evolution; that's a never ending journey.

I have finally let go of almost every personal attachment I had that I believed either negated my personal evolution or had an irrational and/or illogical fear attached to it and a monumental part of that was the entity that had become Senshido.  All along, it was the title, the faction, the label, the marketing, the business, the crystallization of what was supposed to (as Bruce Lee stated time and time again) be and remain - fluid.

In my opinion, you cannot name a concept, a way, an idea, a movement or a journey, anything that is open and responsive to all new stimuli or info without judgment or emotional dogmatic baggage relayed to it; without by proxy limiting it within that very label creating a faction. Case in point; the Shredder. Conceptually, it's nothing more than the 5 principles of physical retaliation applied. Labeling it with a name, slapping a title on it and then attaching it yet to another name that has been crystallized as a RBSD 'system' turned it into exactly what it isn't. I need not go on as to 'Senshido' itself.

This isn't about credit or accolades either, this isn't about me and never should have been. From my perspective; 'credit, "deserve", want, desire, fame' etc. has nothing to do with what it is I am imparting and sharing with the world and everything to do with me feeding my ego.  I don't want to be remembered or credited for or with anything other than being a good friend, brother and father to my students, friends, family, son and fellow man.

Agree or disagree with me, it doesn't matter, it isn't the point but I do not believe in culture, race, nationality, religion, flags or any labels designed to separate and segregate what I believe to be one collective energy. The hypocrisy of labeling and crystallizing what I am sharing as a 'system' or 'style' or 'particular method' was eating at me.  A rather deep conversation with my friend Jenn who helps me teach and run the classes here brightly illuminated that truth for me just recently and it’s time to make that leap.

I can no longer hide from the fact that Senshido, the dogma, the label, the rbsd system has been enormously stagnating my personal evolution and that of my teaching and sharing by proxy.  It became luggage I had to carry everywhere and that releasing myself from it, allowing it to flourish the way I always intended it to literally liberated me as I was almost losing my mind trying to explain not just to the world, but to more than half my own team most of the time was also taking its toll on my mental health.

This was never about money for me, or being in magazines or wanting any kind of recognition or wanting to be any kind of leader in the traditional sense of the word, but rather, I was passionate about my personal discoveries and experiences and wanted to share them in the hopes others would experience what I had and motivate them to better themselves via my sharing with them what I had learned and found.

I was too young, too inexperienced and at the time, too closed minded to accept an unconventional approach to expressing and teaching my experiences and findings that I went the conventional route of turning it into a business even though, I never really ran it like one, I always, always ran Senshido with heart and intuition over the general business/corporate approach.

And so rather than the focus being on a name or a method or a system or a faction or label or 'particular way', the focus will shift back to what's important... self actualization and expression of self truth through functional combative training. No names, no belts, no factions, no labels, no styles, no marketing in the traditional sense of the word as this is kind of "unmarketable" anyway - literally using "no way as way and having no limitations as limitation'....

It's never been about Senshido either, Senshido is nothing and was nothing more than the luggage, the vehicle, the software..... that's it..... the team, the friendships, the relationships are what's important and critical as well as the lives changed and improved via our work.  The name became the focal point and symbol of judgment... Senshido became the proverbial "Finger" that was pointing to the moon.... it's turned into something it wasn't supposed to be, a crystallized method.

As for what now, I will continue teaching and sharing my experiences here in Jasper. I'm going to run this strictly from the heart as I always have only there will be no marketing or business or anything related for me.... that will be taken care of on its own accord and spread via those who's lives have been bettered via our paths crossing which is exactly what is happening right now.

As for the 'name'.... I am not looking for any particular kind of client, I am fully trusting that those who need what I have to offer will find me and their way to my classes and not because of the name or branding either.  I am not looking to "mass produce" or "sell, sell, sell" for the sake of selling, nor am I trying to change the world or reach and teach as many people as I can; I am not "trying" to do anything at all.

I've got something to share, I'm going to share it the way I know how and best and those that make their way to me whose lives have been crossed with mine via those classes will benefit from what I have to offer.  Not to come across to 'hippie-ish' but I don't believe in coincidence at all and I trust that life will cross the paths of those whose paths need to cross because that has been my experience time and time again. I don't want anyone coming to train with me because of a name or reputation or because of who I taught or clever marketing..... I'm fucking tired of that shit to be honest.

I don't want to be a leader in the traditional sense of the word as I had stated, I want my actions and the way I live my life to path the way.  So from that perspective, yes, I want to lead by example, not because I'm so and so attached to this and that....

Truth is, and I know it sounds cliché but I've never felt more liberated and free in my life until I honestly learned to 'let it go'.... we teach this shit, we better be able to fully live it or else we're being hypocritical.... fear management is more than just managing fear against a thug or bad guy..... It’s managing one's own personal demons first and foremost and I found myself paying lip service to it while living contrarily to what I was evolving too and espousing, it was time i let go of some of my deepest fears and this was indeed one of them.  Letting go of what I labeled as my legacy project, my baby so to speak is monumental and very much indeed everything it originated as and was supposed to be about.....

Don't concentrate on the proverbial finger be it me, Senshido, the movement or anything else for that matter folks..... if you or anyone are stuck on Senshido then you haven't really learned "Senshido" have you?  Learn to let go and move on, walk on, evolve passed Richard Dimitri's Senshido and make it your own or you've missed the entire point.  If you feel the necessity of calling it as such, then make sure you let the world know it is no longer mine but now your expression of it that you are sharing/teaching.

As for what I am calling what I am sharing now, it's evolved to just "Martial Arts".  That's what I am calling the sharing of my knowledge and experiences because that is exactly the vehicle I used to get to where I am.  No styles, no systems, no 'ways', no limits, no names, no labels.  We teach kicking, boxing, grappling, ground fighting, close quarter combat, self protection, self defense, self development, fitness etc. No belts, no rituals, no katas, no levels, no T-shirts, no uniforms, no hierarchy, no leaders, no dogmas, and everything shared is highly encouraged to be individually researched and to never take our word for anything, to go our and experience, express and acknowledge via their own perceptions which we aim at expanding.

Change confuses people though, many have made multi references to the fact that I change my mind allot, and yes, I most certainly do because the minute something is no longer working for me, I abolish it and move on, the minute new information displaces old information, I roll with it until proven otherwise and I'm a researcher.... I refer to that as 'evolving'.... having the 'same mind' and never changing one's mind, never evolving, never growing is stagnation to me.  If you're the same person today you were yesterday, last week, last month, last year, you've greatly wasted a day, week, month and year of your life and potential as a human being in my opinion.  It's the difference between 20 years of real experiences VS 1 year repeated 20 times over.

I am now free of the dogma of Senshido and the shredder and everything else that slammed us into a faction.  Teaching just 'martial arts' allows me greater freedom of expression and choice and without judgment and preconceived notions from those that enter my space.  Some may say that the very term 'martial arts' is a dogma, and in essence, yes, it is but it's one that encompasses everything attached to "Mind, Body and Spirit" you see.... offering a much greater range of personal and interpersonal exploration than "Senshido" or krav, karate, thai boxing, mma, judo, wrestling etc. When someone asks one of my students where they train, the conversation will go along the lines of:

Dude: So where do you train.
My Student: At the old gym at the activity center downstairs.
Dude; No, I mean what do you train in?
MS: Oh, martial arts.
Dude: Mixed martial arts?
MS: You could say that but it's more than that, it's not MMA in the traditional "UFC" sense.
Dude: What style is it? What's it called?
MS: It's not called anything, it's martial arts, no style. It's my style.
Dude: No style? Oh like JKD?
MS: No, that would be like or JKD, we don't do or learn JKD.
Dude: So what do you learn then?
MS: For starters, we have no styles, no systems, no rituals, no lineages, no masters, no labels, no belts, no katas, no uniforms, no dogmas; only the process of self actualization & personal expression of truth through functional combative movement and fitness.

On a purely physical level, we share how to individually and collectively use all of our natural tools as well as extended ones, offensively and defensively in a strategic and tactical manner and in all ranges of combat. We're also put through functional physical fitness training where we learn to push ourselves through our own perceived limits. We also have much to offer on nutrition, health and peak performance.

On a more cerebral level we learn about the psychology of violence, fear, stress & confrontation management skills, deescalation strategies and survival tactics. As the mind navigates the body; by challenging personal self defense dogmas and individual belief systems, personal growth and evolution occurs.

On a human level, we learn about the ripple effect and the moral, legal, and ethical consequences of our chosen actions while self examining our darkest emotions. Dude: woah... can I come and try a class.  8)

Thanks for making it this far and for being here with us. Journey on.

Malaysian Death Squad

Me at the airport waiting for my wings.

I'm going to share a story with you all.  A recent story. It begins with a dream.  A dream I will have to complete at a later date because of my infamous "wrong place wrong time" type luck combined with a few asshole people.  I'm still feeling raw about it, so forgive the tone.

My name is Jeff Liboiron, and I am a Senshido International team member, and I am located in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.  Senshido has changed my life for the better in SO many ways.  My dedication to it has paid off time and time again. One of those times was very recently.

Last year, I started to prepare for a dream of mine which was to travel to Indonesia and all over Southeast Asia.  I scrimped and saved all the money I could, lived in my van for two months, and sold almost everything I owned except for my training gear, and some music recording gear.

Sept 1st came and off I went!  When I tell you I was excited, that would be an understatement.  I had decided to stop off in Malaysia first as I wanted to see the country anyway, and it's only an hour flight to Indonesia from there.  This is where it all went wrong.

I was having an amazing time.  I saw some really cool sights, and met interesting people everytime I stepped out of my hotel room.  All I did was train, see cool shit, and eat great and healthy food.  I was living my dream, and it felt fantastic.  Until about four days in.

I wear a prosthetic leg.  I always have as I was born that way, but I have a good attitude about it.  I don't let it stop me from doing shit I wanna do.  It's the way you have to be, ya know?

So I meet about six guys outside this store as I'm walking to dinner one evening.  Everyone there always asked questions about where I'm from, and about my leg, etc.  I figured it was just another interview as I had  done so many.  It turns out they set me up for an attack as I told them how much my leg was worth which is about 17 grand Canadian.  If you don't know anything about Malaysia.  $20 CAD a day is an average wage.  It's fuckin destitute there.

Anyway, a day or two later. I forget which.  I am walking down the street, and hear this "HEY! HEY!" behind me.  You have to understand that the streets are always busy, and there's shouting all the time, so I didn't pay as much as attention as I should have, so I turned around, and see these two guys approaching me, but something about them is different.  They don't seem like they want a friendly chat....and they didn't.  I turned around to basically see a knife put in front of my face "hold up" style with the two guys side by side.  Knife guy is on my left, other guy is on my right.  This is not my first time dealing with this shit, and unfortunately it probably won't be the last.  I could tell they had done this before.  They were semi-athletic, and were not worse for wear, but were speaking/shouting broken english.  They wanted my money at first, so I figured I don't need the trouble in a foreign country and gave them a dummy wallet.  They then point at my leg and said "you give us this!"  That really threw me.  Out of all the questions they could of asked that was the one I least expected.  They asked again, and still in my passive stance, I said "OK, OK!"

As soon as I said that, I took out the guy with the knife first.  It turns out that I broke his wrist as I got the knife out of his hand in the move that I used.  I didn't even know his arm snapped until after everything was over.  I had never been so fucking angry at two people in my entire life.  As soon as the knife went flying, I kept a hold of that guy with one arm, and threw an eye jab into the other guy and dropped him as he hadn't moved from his position.  I then tore apart Mr. Knife Man including crushing his nose into his skull, then I beat on both of them until they were unconscious.  There was blood everywhere.  It was disgusting. I firmly believe they would've taken my life to get my leg off of me, so I just made sure they were down and out.  Also, keep in mind, the one thing I can't do is RUN.  I figure these guys were part of that other group I met a few days before that weren't there at the time.  The "tough" guys.

The problem is that there were cops everywhere.  All over the fucking place.  They just stand around.  They are shit.  This is not my opinion. This is fact.  They are SHIT.  So a cop hears the witnesses, and comes running from wherever he was, and I tell him that I will co-operate and that these two guys just tried to kill me with a knife.  I get arrested, but not cuffed, and he takes me to the station for a statement, I guess.  This was the scariest part.  I don't knoe if you've ever been in a foreign country's police station after beating the ever living shit out of two citizens, but it's SCARY.  They were speaking broken english to me, and Malay to each other.

I panicked as I was unsure of what kind of future they were going to give me, and told them that if I bought a ticket back to Canada would they let me go.  They agreed thankfully, and I had to buy a ticket right there and then at the station.  The only ticket I could afford was still $1200 and it didn't depart until a week later.  I later learned that the two guys who tried to mug me had previous convictions of assault with a deadly weapon, and one had from what I could understand, an attempted murder charge.  That was after I had left the station, and had to return for some more shit under police escort.  All in all the situation lasted around 4 or 5 hours I'd say.  Felt like forever.

For the week I had left, I switched locations, and just trained in my hotel room, and went to the supermarket to get my food.  I didn't really go out much except for one temple, and the last week was kind of shit.  I wish I could've gone home sooner.

It's been about 10 days since returning on Sept 15th, and I am getting back to normal.  I am still harboring anger, and that is natural.  I'm not going to let this ruin me, though.  I can either choose to be bitter, or choose to be happy.  I have been keeping myself busy with training and music, and looking for work again.  Being busy and being around friends and family has been very helpful.

I will return either in May this year, or next year, but this time I'm flying right to Indonesia, and I'm gonna go climb my goddamn volcanoes.  A big fuck you to my muggers.  I know you will never recover.  Next time you see a guy with a fake leg who looks like he just does a lot of pushups and squats, remember that he does a HELL of a lot more than that.

Peace out,

- Jeff Liboiron - aka Stinge - aka Libman

Back to Grass Roots...

The first Senshido school opened its doors in Montreal, Quebec on April 11th 1994. Literally, hundreds of thousands of lives both at that little school in Montreal and worldwide have been saved, improved on and changed for the better in countless ways.

In 2006, the Senshido school was sold to 3 of my team then as the international demand exponentially grew and with the departure of some of my closest team at the time, a decision had to be made whether to sell the school and travel the world or keep the school and cease travelling.  I chose to travel instead with no regrets, contrarily, it was the best decision I ever made as it propelled Senshido internationally and secured ourselves as not only one of the top 5 in the world at what we do but I also made it in Black Belt's top 20 toughest street fighters in the world as well as contributed to most of what was then, the top martial arts magazines in the world.

Anyways, the guys changed Senshido the school into Leriken, a fitness studio which provided Senshido classes by some of the original Montreal crew and finally shut its doors in December of 2011.

On September 1st, 2012, Senshido International’s Martial Combative Fitness School (“Mc’Fits” lolol) is officially Re-opening it's doors again at the old gym in the Jasper Activity center in Jasper, Alberta Canada.

Nobody's Hero...

Thought I would make this public rather than just disappearing and answering the same private questions over and over again for the next few years; so here goes.

I came across a quote by a heavily white bearded brother named Walt Whitman a long while ago and it said “Re-examine all that you have been told and dismiss what insults your soul.” And so I did just that, dug pretty deep, came to the personal realization that I’ve been doing the equivalent of farting in the peak and center of a sandstorm and decided to retire indefinitely from the international scene and hand it over entirely to my team and my friend and brother, Chris Roberts of Safe International.

I am retiring indefinitely to be with my family and to be a full time and active father in my son’s life. I ain’t no John Lennon , right Chris? ;`) I say indefinitely and/or until further notice because one never really knows what life brings and I may eventually return to teaching full time at some point in my life; but as things presently stand, I’m done.   I had actually struggled for several years with this decision and there were times, recently included where I came so very close to quitting teaching commercially and/or for a living for good.

And so after years of serious consideration and the arrival of my son making this decision much, much easier; I am handing over Senshido International to my team. I will no longer be travelling internationally to teach. I will still be teaching Senshido, but only locally in Jasper Alberta and anyone wishing to train with me personally can still do so by travelling to Jasper, Alberta Canada with bookings made in advance.  More info here: http://senshidointernational.blogspot.ca/2011/01/jasper-alberta-senshido-international.html For any and all Senshido International seminars/workshops etc. from this point on please refer to the Senshido International Team members closest to you.

I will no longer be publicly writing or posting on Facebook other than to occasionally remain in contact with friends and family and the like. I will no longer be writing for our (or any other) blog other than to advertise potential upcoming workshops and/or camps I may be holding in Jasper Alberta.  All future articles, if any, will be made by the Senshido International Team members.

The Senshido International Team will also no longer grow or expand from this point on as I am no longer accepting new international team members/affiliates and my present team cannot certify anyone in Senshido International. All Senshido certifications are done through me personally.

The remaining Senshido International Team members are the last of the Mohicans so to speak. They are presently the only directly certified by me Senshido International Team members and Instructors fully authorized to teach Senshido as they see fit. Other than the select few members who have expressed interest and have already been conditionally accepted and haven’t yet fully joined the team and are in the present process of doing so will be added to the team, the Senshido International Team will cease to accept new members and applications as of now.

I will no longer be writing articles or doing interviews for any blogs or magazines or the like either. For the future of Senshido International, articles, interviews, anything Senshido related, please go to the Senshido international Team members.

I will no longer be selling nor producing or releasing any instructional materials (other than for and to my local students). Other than the now remaining 26 or so original Senshido DVDs and books written, taught, produced and released by myself and the first generation Senshido Team members in Montreal Canada from 1998 to 2006, I will no longer be releasing, producing or selling any instructional materials of any kind.  Any and all future Senshido International instructional materials will be produced, released and sold via and by my present team if they so choose to do so of course.

For any of the original Senshido International instructional materials (DVDs/manuals/books) please contact Shane Roberts and Christopher Roberts of Safe International for purchase as Safe is now the main international provider of original Senshido International instructional products.

So thank you everyone for the great times, the life lessons, the laughs, the cries and the phenomenal experiences and memories, feel free to keep doing some shit or not, up to you really. :`)

Capitalism at its finest

Capitalism at its finest:

1. Bank of America took $336 billion in bailouts in 2009, but in 2010, flush with $4.4 billion in profits, it paid no taxes. Even Forbes magazine asked, how is that possible? Probably thanks to their 115 offshore tax havens.

2. Boeing just received $35 billion from our government to build 179 airborne tankers, but despite nearly $10 billion in profits from 2008 to 2010, it too paid no taxes, again thanks to foreign tax havens.

3. Citicorp took $476 billion from the bailout and then made monster profits in 2010, yet it paid no taxes, thanks to 427 subsidiaries in tax havens like the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.

4. Exxon/Mobil, received huge oil subsidies from the government and earned $45 billion in 2009 but paid no taxes, again thanks to stashing profits in places like the Bahamas and Singapore.

5. Google utilizes a technique that moves most of its income through Ireland and Netherlands to Bermuda, making its tax rate 2.3 percent.

6. Mega Pharmaceuticals Merck earned $9 billion in profits and paid no taxes in 2010, while Pfizer (largest drug maker) owed $10 billion in taxes but found the necessary loopholes to pay no taxes, thanks to its offshore subsidiaries in places like Luxembourg and the Isle of Jersey.

7. News Corporation, Rupert Murdoch’s media monolith that owns Fox News avoids paying American taxes through its 152 subsidiaries in tax havens from the British Virgin Islands to Hong Kong.

8. Verizon, despite making $24.2 billion in pre-tax US income, paid no taxes and actually claimed a federal refund of $1.3 billion for the last two years, again all thanks to those offshore subsidiaries.

9. Wells Fargo, the fourth largest bank in the US, which took $107 billion in bailouts, wrote off all its losses by acquiring Wachovia, thus paying no taxes. Yet its CEO earned $5.6 million in cash for his salary and $13 million in stock.

A Potential Alternative providing Humanity can get its head out of its ass. Humanity needs to redefine it's meaning for the word "reward" I believe.... I like the premise of the following clip and even as it stands, I believe it to be a much better and more evolved option that the garbage we've created and managed to sustain much to 80% of the world's population's poverty and famine....

How about no excuses for war, economic based crimes, and communal collective evolution of our species as reward for starters? How about the certainty that every human being on earth has access to clean food, water, air, shelter, love and freedom of movement? Those are pretty motivational and rewarding to me....

Humanity has to first evolve itself passed its own ego to be able to even conceive a notion of a higher-self functioning society....
